INGREDIENTS
1 c. frozen strawberries
1 c. chopped frozen cucumber
(no skin)
2 tbsp. carrot juice
Fresh strawberries, freeze dried
strawberries, chopped pistachios,
for serving
DIRECTIONS
In a blender, puree strawberries, cucumber, and 2
Tbsp carrot juice until smooth, adding 1 to 2 Tbsp
more juice until desired consistency. Transfer to a
bowl and top with fresh and freeze-dried strawberries
and pistachios if desired.
