Making this dish is pretty easy! I buy the Crepinis from Costco, they’re less than 1 net carb.
Heat the crepini for about 30-60 seconds on each side.
It’s time for your filling! I personally like whipped cream (recipe below) and a few berries.
Lightly dust with swerve confectioners sugar (optional).
Whipped Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon stevia or keto-friendly sweetener of your choice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional) Whipped cream
Instructions: 1. Add ingredients to a mixing bowl or stand mixer. You can use a hand mixer if you don’t have a stand mixer 2. Mix on high for 1-2 minutes until soft peaks form.
